5 Ways You Can Participate in National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW)

Updated: Apr 20, 2023

If you didn't know already, National Infertility Awareness Week️ (NIAW) is coming between April 24-30, 2022. This week was created in 1989 by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association to:

“Enhance public understanding that infertility needs and deserves attention. Ensure that people trying to build a family know the guidelines for seeing a specialist. Educate lawmakers about how infertility impacts people in their state.”

That all sounds good, right? But we're here to use this week to share our personal stories, spread awareness, and help you feel even more empowered. Below are five ways you can participate and spread awareness during the week. Want some ideas? Keep scrolling!

Wear the Color Orange

🧡 Between April 23-29, wear orange! You'll see supporters and allies wearing this vibrant color to promote a sense of wellness, compassion, and understanding surrounding the topic of infertility. There are some very cute options from Infertile Tees!
