What's the difference?
Like you, I have been met with many of life's opportunities and have experienced momentous success as well as significant setbacks along my journey.
I first learned about coaching during difficult times in my own life. When I realized therapy was not the answer for me, life coaching became that answer.
Life coaching helps you to come up with an action plan to make changes in your life moving forward. Therapy generally will focus on the past and how you got to where you are today. We certainly don't discount your past because it is a very important part of your story, but our goal in working together is moving forward rather than looking back.
