You will find an outstanding range of meat and poultry at Elizabeth King’s Butchers. All of our produce is sourced for its superior quality, the highest levels of animal welfare and above all, provenance. We strongly believe that good practice in rearing animals produces finer meat and you will definitely find proof in the eating. Jeffersons Seafoods, based in Cornwall, sources our fish from local dayboats fished off the port of Looe. This means the fish can be delivered to us within 48 hrs of being landed and we only stock what is caught on any particular day.
Our range includes premium dry-aged English Dunstall Estate beef, Brety Lambcomes Lamb, Plantation free range pork and Sutton Hoo organic chickens. Also available is British seasonal game, Dutch milk-fed veal and our own selection of premium free range sausages. If you are after more diverse ingredients, such as duck gizzards, calves brains or even tripe, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to source them for you. The butchers also prepare a premium range of packaged meats and poultry sold in the delicatessen. Our delivery of fish and shellfish can include lemon sole fillets, yellow fin tuna steaks, stir fry Paella prawns and squid, mackerel fillets, scallops, whole sardines, haddock steaks, monkfish tails and plaice fillets. |
