Elizabeth King’s Butchers is now open for business and has a simply outstanding range of meat and poultry. All of our meat and poultry is sourced for its superior quality, the highest levels of animal welfare and above all, provenance. We strongly believe that good practice in rearing animals produces finer meat and you will certainly find proof is in the eating.

Our range includes Copas turkeys, premium dry-aged Scottish beef, Brety Lambcomes Lamb, Plantation pork and Label Anglais free-range chickens. Also available are French free-range ducks, haunches of Scottish highland venison, English pheasants, our own selection of premium sausages, honey-roast gammons cooked on site and a selection of deep-fill pies. If you are after more diverse ingredients, such as duck gizzards, calves brains or even tripe, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to source them for you.

The butchers prepare a premium range of packaged meats and poultry for the delicatessen. This includes chicken supremes packed full of chestnut and cranberry stuffing, wrapped in rashers of dry-cure bacon. Why not try duck breasts, scored, then marinated in honey, thyme, balsamic vinegar and Maldon sea salt. At weekends we have plenty of joints ready for roasting, including carvery-cut legs of lamb, ribs of beef and racks of pork.
